Great buttery texture and the flavor dips more into savory than I expected it to- but that just makes it so much more tasty! The sweetcorn ice cream is not my favorite of the lot (please don't make me choose one), but it's arguably the best? So satisfying eating the corn bits with each spoonful, so unique and unforgettable.
