One of the only sources in Los Angeles for traditional "lo hei", the uniquely Malaysian/Singaporean "prosperity toss"!

Stick your chopsticks in, toss it as high as possible with your whole table, and loudly call out your wishes for the new year. It's as rambunctious and fun as it is delicious!

Every tray is freshly made to order: a dazzling rainbow of 12 painstakingly grated ingredients, homemade "pok chui" (crunchy crackers), a mouthwatering plum sauce dressing, and all condiments and toppings made from scratch.

Vegan, with optional fresh salmon sashimi* add-on for full prosperity symbolism!

Serves 6-8.

Contains wheat, peanuts, sesame seeds and cilantro. Please ask if you would like any ingredients omitted.

Pickups start Friday Jan 24 2025 and will continue to be available through all 15 days until Wed Feb 12, 2025. Please leave a note in the "Special Instructions for Seller" section with your preferred day/time. I will respond to confirm with the address.

BEST EVER

If you're a fan of the traditional Yee Sang salad (SUCH a fun tradition btw - if you don't know, look it up), this will hit all your pleasure points. And even if you've never tried it - I've had the pickiest non-Asian guests and my own picky kids try it and they are OBSESSED. It's such a fresh tasty flavor profile, and Sam uses the absolute best/freshest ingredients. I've been ordering for going on 4 years now and her quality control is top notch. (Also, my teen daughter is bugging me to bug her for the recipe, it's that good)

Fresh ingredients for Yee Sang!

The ingredients were very fresh and grated thinly. With just two of us, we ate it up quickly. The salmon sashimi also tasted very fresh. I loved the additional of the small crackers and the sweet ginger slices gave it that sweet and tangy taste!
